Shipping & Delivery Policy

• FFCL office pickup — collect your order from our office at no delivery charge.
• Courier to your address — island-wide delivery via our courier partners, with a charge based on destination and weight.

Estimated times depend on your order contents:

• In-stock orders — pickup within 1 day, or courier within 3 days.
• Orders with production or customized items — pickup within 5 days, or courier within 7 days.

Estimates are working-day guidelines and may vary during peak periods or for remote areas.

• Office pickup is always free.
• Courier charges are calculated from your delivery town's per-kg rate and the total order weight (rounded up to the next whole kilogram).
• Free shipping applies on eligible orders over LKR 25,000.00.

The exact courier charge and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS. Signed-in customers can also track orders from the My Account page.
