Payment Policy

For public-store orders, payment is made online through our secure payment gateway. We accept:

• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
• Supported local online payment methods offered by our gateway.

Card details are entered on the gateway’s secure page — we never see or store your full card number.

All prices and payments are processed in LKR. The total payable — including products, customization, delivery and applicable taxes — is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized. If a payment fails or is cancelled, the order will not be processed and you may retry.

Official Store orders are not paid at checkout. Official Stock items are issued free of charge, while customization on stock items and Official Production items are billed to the Federation and settled through a periodic consolidated invoice.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Payments are handled by a licensed Sri Lankan payment gateway over encrypted connections. If you notice any unauthorized activity, contact us immediately at store@ffsl.lk.
